We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Sales Forecasting: Track sales performance and report on progress, identifying areas for improvement or new opportunities.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise post-sale.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, print, etc.).
- Brand Awareness: Help create and implement strategies to enhance brand recognition and expand our customer base.
- Content Creation: Assist in producing engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Digital Marketing: Manage online presence by working on SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, and website optimization to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
- Event Marketing: Organize and promote events, trade shows, or webinars to generate leads and promote products or services.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales efforts, providing reports and recommendations for future strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a combination of both. Previous experience in [industry-specific] is preferred.
- Skills:
