Key Responsibilities

  4. Lead Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication with leads by providing relevant information, answering questions, and addressing concerns to keep them engaged throughout the sales funnel.
  5. Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls and meetings to gather critical information about the leads’ needs, challenges, and goals, and assess whether they are a good fit for the company’s solutions.
  6. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads, provide detailed information on prospects, and ensure a smooth handoff for further follow-up and closing.
  7. Data Management: Keep accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring that all information is up to date and accessible for future follow-ups and reporting.
  8. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on lead generation performance, including metrics like conversion rates, response rates, and qualified lead volume. Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
  9. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with ongoing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  10. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in lead generation to continually improve methods and tools.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role. Experience with outbound sales or cold calling is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to qualify leads and assess their potential value.
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
    • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and other platforms for lead generation.
    • Knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis.
    • Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
